Disable Assistance Program

To ensure equal rights and opportunities with dignity, BSDS took up disable assistance program because till now the disabled and experience of disability has been marginalized by societies. BSDS is operating this program to achieve the following four objectives.

 v      To change the attitude and belief of the people about disability

v      To establish the rights of disable people

v      To reduce discrimination against disable people

v      To create the opportunity livelihood for disable people.

During the reporting period BSDS delivered referral services among 46 persons, distributed assistive device & educational materials among 95 people and organize primary rehabilitation therapy (PRT) service. BSDS conducted a rally focusing the rights of disable people.  BSDS gave credit among 20 disable persons.
